This upgrade has been made so that forum subjects can perform better in the search engines by simply making better use of the posted subject name. Again, this isn't really search engine optimisation, just good web page building. Each page name should be different and relate to the content displayed on it. This upgrade has been made as part of the 'Maximum title length' option.
To turn this option on, set the 'Maximum title length' option to 64 characters inside the Site Administration menu.
