When adding a new banner for a campaign under 'Banner Management' there is a new box available titled 'HTML block'. You can now use this box to display a block of HTML as a banner instead of uploading an image or flash file. All HTML that is added to this box should be self contained or link to other off-site resources (for example an external Javascript file) for it to gain information such as Amazon banner advertisements.
