If you have a website which uses a lot of forms or surveys it can sometimes become confusing as to which user is receiving information from which form. So rather than remembering where all your forms are and clicking on each one to find the recipient we have created an option under 'Site Administration' which allows you to see a list of all your website forms, which web page they appear on, and who the recipient(s) is(are).
 
This can be found under 'Site settings / admin > Utilities > List all Web Form and Web Survey elements'.
