In addition to the settings that are available in the Options worksheet of the product information spreadsheet, the following additional settings are available from the E-Commerce menu:

• Set notification email address: Enter the email address that should receive notifications in this box and click on "Change" to store the change. If new orders come in, a notification will be sent to this email address.
    
• Pro Forma Invoice text: If the "Pro Forma Invoice" option is enabled in the Options worksheet, this box will contain the text that is sent out to customers by email as an invoice. However, if Pro Forma invoicing is not enabled, this setting will not be available.

   
  The default invoice text will contain the following, which you will need to change to your company name and details as appropriate:

    <<ENTER YOUR BANK DETAILS>>
    <<YOUR ACCOUNT NO>>
    <<YOUR SORT CODE>>
    <<YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER>>
    <<YOUR FAX NUMBER>>

  Once you have made the appropriate changes, click on Change to store the changes.
