A counter is useful if you want to make aware to the public how many times your site has been hit(viewed). To create a counter on your site:
- Choose the "Counter" element from the list of element types.
- Click on the Add Item button.
- Enter what number you want the counter to start from.
- Enter a paragraph of pre-formatted text in the box provided. Use the word COUNTER where you want the current counter value to appear. E.g. This page has been viewed COUNTER times.
- Select the alignment of the counter.
- Store changes
