Our web site builder is not a normal template based system. We use your template to create physical HTML pages which are better for search engines. But we keep all the benefits.
 
Using a template means that if you want to change part of your design you do so once and it propagates throughout all the web pages using that template. It also means that we can mimic areas that you can edit across several pages so if you want to change some text that is available on every page in the same area, you change it once and don't have to do it again on all your other pages.
