This upgrade has been made so that e-commerce shop products can perform better in the search engines by simply including the product name in the title of the page. This isn't really search engine optimisation, just good web page building. This upgrade has been made as part of the 'Maximum title length' option.
To turn this option on, set the 'Maximum title length' option to 64 characters inside the Site Administration menu.
